Planned Sash Window Refurbishment for Commercial Buildings
Sash windows are a key feature on many period, heritage and traditional commercial properties. Over time, timber decay, failed paintwork, broken cords, loose putty, draughts and poor operation can make them difficult to maintain. Refurbs delivers structured sash window restoration works that improve the condition of existing windows without moving straight to new installation.

Cladding Spraying - Common Questions
Can cladding be sprayed instead of replaced?
In most cases, yes. If the panels are structurally sound, spraying restores appearance and protection for a fraction of the cost of re-cladding, with a far shorter programme and no disruption to the building's use.
How long does sprayed cladding last?
With correct preparation and the right system for the substrate, a cladding coating typically performs for 10–15 years. Preparation is what determines the outcome — which is why we survey before quoting.
Do you work around occupied buildings?
Yes. Most of our cladding work is on live sites. Access, phasing and working hours are planned at survey stage so operations continue as normal.
Can you match our existing colour or change it entirely?
Both. We can match the current finish or move to a new scheme to suit branding, signage or a wider refurbishment.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. We operate nationwide project teams and regularly coordinate multi-site rollouts across multiple locations.
