Whilst every effort is made to meet agreed programmes, Refurbs.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client or principal contractor is responsible for providing suitable access, welfare facilities and safe working conditions.

7. Health, Safety & Compliance

Refurbs.co.uk operates under robust health, safety and quality management procedures.

All works are completed in accordance with:

• Applicable Health & Safety legislation
• Approved Codes of Practice
• Manufacturer technical data sheets
• Project-specific RAMS and permits

Refurbs.co.uk accepts no liability for failures arising from third-party interference, structural movement, environmental conditions outside product limitations or damage occurring after completion.
