Yes, where suitable working arrangements can be agreed. We assess access, neighbouring activities and the space needed for preparation, coating and drying. Phased working can help keep parts of a building operational, with any temporary restrictions and work zones agreed before work starts.
Yes. We review your project information and arrange a site survey where needed to assess surface condition, access, preparation and coating requirements. Photographs, drawings and an approximate area help us understand the scope and identify any further checks needed before confirming a quotation.
Pricing depends on the area, surface condition, preparation, coating specification, access equipment and programme. Occupied-site restrictions and any repairs also affect the scope. We review the project information and, where needed, survey the site before providing a written quotation setting out the proposed work and assumptions.
Evening, weekend or shutdown working can be considered where it suits the site, coating system and agreed programme. Access, noise, ventilation, drying times and any additional costs are discussed before work is scheduled.
Yes. Refurbs.co.uk operates under NuColour Ltd, which holds CHAS Elite accreditation. Our published insurance certificate lists public liability and employers’ liability cover of up to £10 million each. Certificates and relevant project documentation can be supplied for contractor onboarding.
