Health & Safety Compliance

• The team worked to the project RAMS and agreed site controls, with IPAF-trained operators using the powered access equipment.
• Solution: Risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and PPE requirements were fully enforced on-site.

Achieving a Durable & Even Finish

• The aim was a consistent finish across the cladding, ready for the new signage.
• Solution: We used airless spray painting equipment to apply the coating evenly across the prepared surfaces.

• Surface dried and inspected before painting to ensure proper adhesion.

Step 3: Airless Spray Painting Application

• The specified industrial coatings were applied using airless spray equipment for a consistent finish.
• Multiple passes were used to achieve even coverage.

Step 4: Quality Check & Final Inspection

• Once dry, the surface was thoroughly inspected to check consistency and coverage.
• The project was signed off as ready for signage installation.
